Beano Pie Recipe

As heard on the show - here's the recipe for Beano Pie!

Ingredients

1 onion
4 rashers of bacon
2 tins baked beans
Grated cheese
6 mashed potatoes

Preparation method

Boil potatoes for mashing, meanwhile fry chopped onion and bacon.

When cooked add baked beans on low heat. Once warmed through, place in deep casserole dish topped with potato mash then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place in moderate oven until lightly browned and heated through.
